Help! How do I log into...?

In today's world it can be really hard to keep track of all the logins that we use. There are a few you should be familiar with:
The User Principal Name (UPN) with suffix: Is the long form of your username. The format goes username@<district>.adremc1.org. For instance, mine is pberard@remc1.adremc1.org.
The AD credentials, aka user principal name (UPN), which is just the username itself. For instance pberard. This uses the same password as the UPN listed above.
Some resources are completely independent. They may use your e-mail address, but are not tied to the password used above.
