Forms may be mailed to U.P. Kids or REMC#1, but must be
postmarked by August 14th, 2026
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
Contest Basics:
Participants must turn in the completed entry form(s) at one of the drop off locations listed on the form (they may drop them at REMC but most of them will be dropped off at school)
The Drop off locations are,
A child’s school office
The Local public library
The U.P. Kids office: 57 Huron St. Houghton, MI 49931
The REMC#1 office: CCISD, 809 Hecla St. Hancock, MI 49930
For each book you read, you have one chance to win. (20 books = 20 chances)
NO COMIC BOOKS! Graphic novels will be admissible if they are at student’s reading level. HONOR SYSTEM!
A drawing will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026
