Troubleshooting VoIP Phones
Message Light Stays On
If there are no new messages and the message light stays on:
- Hang up the phone
- Pick the receiver back up
- When you hear a dial tone, press "*790"
Date/Time are out of Sync
If the date/time are out of sync with the actual date/time
- Unplug the phone's Ethernet cord for 10 seconds.
- After the phone has restarted it should give the correct date/time as it syncs with the VoIP server.
