Assign Parent Accounts and Access

After students are created, they will need to have parent account access keys generated and access granted. This can be done in a batch process. 

To do this, go to:

Start Page > Special Functions > Group Functions > Assign IDs & Passwords

This might have changed to People → Students → Student Account Management → Assign IDs and Passwords

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE "Don't overwrite any existing ID's or passwords" CHECKBOX CHECKED

Fill in the rest as seen above and hit the submit.
