Field Report Hanging in SWORD

There are times when SWORD freezes up while printing a "Food Inspection Report" with multiple pages. This may occur when there are multiple pages due to a formatting issue and can be resolved by rearranging the "Canned Comments" Print location to the "Bottom of the Inspection Summary"

 

Further Details

  1. Open the specific Inspection in the Field Unit
  2. Navigate to the "Definition" tab
  3. Select a "Comment Code"
  4. Change the Print Location drop down to "Bottom of Inspection Summary"
  5. Try to open the report and print

If the above doesn't solve the problem, try the following options:

  • Repeat the steps above choosing a different Comment Code
  • Add a space or change the number of characters within the Comments
  • Contact Annette for remote assistance.
