Field Report Hanging in SWORD
There are times when SWORD freezes up while printing a "Food Inspection Report" with multiple pages. This may occur when there are multiple pages due to a formatting issue and can be resolved by rearranging the "Canned Comments" Print location to the "Bottom of the Inspection Summary"

- Open the specific Inspection in the Field Unit
- Navigate to the "Definition" tab
- Select a "Comment Code"
- Change the Print Location drop down to "Bottom of Inspection Summary"
- Try to open the report and print
If the above doesn't solve the problem, try the following options:
- Repeat the steps above choosing a different Comment Code
- Add a space or change the number of characters within the Comments
