Gmail Distribution List
How to create a Gmail Distribution list:
In the upper right hand corner of the page click  this will open your google apps. Once selected scroll down until you find the "Contacts" app.
This will bring you to your contacts. To make an email group, run your cursor over button to the right of "Labels". It will ask you to create a name for the new label, hit save when done.
Go to back to Contacts, then select the contact you want to add to the label that you created for your group.
If you add the label to the contact correctly then it should have the name of the label under the labels column. If you have a lot of contacts, then the best way to narrow them down is using the search bar at the top of the Contacts page. If the group is for all of your work colleagues use email addresses with the domain name in them.Â
To see if your group is working, head back to your Gmail
Compose a new email and in the "To" section if you type if your label, the option should appear where you can email everyone under that grouping.Â
