Adding Inventory Asset

Assets (Chromebooks, etc) are added to the Inventory by navigating to School Management > Assets then clicking the blue plus sign to add a filter. Change the filter to ‘Type’ and choose ‘Equipment’ from the dropdown. Your page should look similar to this:

Select the blue button in the ‘Inventory’ column for the device type you want to add (if the device type does not already exist, reach out to REMC). Select ‘Add Inventory’ in the upper right and add the appropriate information. Make sure to fill in the 3 required fields which have an asterisk(*) next to them.
