Running Honor Roll (FPS/FPMS)

Running Honor Roll (FPS/FPMS)

For Forest Park

Once grades are stored for the semester, honor roll can be run for both quarters + semester, though quarter honor roll can be collected with some adjustments to the calculation method. Grades should be verified accurate before running HR.

Follow the steps below before calculating, as if the methods are not adjusted there will be duplicate stores which will have to be deleted by hand.

For the High School

Steps for starting from zero after grade store:

  1. Switch to FPS in dropdown

    1. School management → Academics → Honor Roll → Honor Roll Methods

    2. There should be two:

      1. Forest Park Honor Roll - HS and MS

      2. Forest Park HR for Semesters

    3. The standard honor roll needs to be adjusted every quarter. The semester one needs adjusting each semester.

  1. To adjust the method, click ‘Levels’ on the far right side for each method

  2. Then go through each ‘Level’ by clicking level name on the left side

    1. Under GPA Calculation Method in this menu, adjust as follows:

      1. For quarters, choose the appropriate ‘QX GPA’ method

      2. For semesters, you can either choose ‘SX Stored’ or ‘SX Current’ gpa methods depending on what you want

      3. Don’t forget to update this to the same for all ‘levels’ of the method or else it will break your calculations

  1. Once updated, you are good to recalculate HR for the quarter/semester whatever you want

  2. Only do this once for each store code!

    1. Dropdown to school

    2. School Management → Academics → Honor Roll → Calculate Honor Roll

    3. Pick your store code (S1/S2, Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4)

    4. Pick your method based on your store code

    5. Calculate

  3. Once calculated you can run the PSCB Honor Roll report for the store code calculated to verify results, or just look at student profile. If you notice things are off please let REMC1 helpdesk know.

For the Middle School

  • Additional methods were added for FPMS

    • FPMS is no longer using credited grades for the time being, breaking the shared HS GPA methods 2/5/2025

      • A new GPA calculation and 2 new HR methods were made for the middle school to fix this

  • The new methods are labeled for the middle school with Semester 1 and Semester 2

    • Following the directions above you will need to adjust those at the end of each semester to get accurate class ranks before calculating
