The following is a troubleshooting mini guide where a user is not able to access MiLearn, and are not in the Role Validation Report.

Let's follow the data. Here is my PS account in FP, I have multiple roles selected.

Next, we will look at:

System Management > Data Exchange > Code Set Mappings

Staff Associations

Next, we will go to the datahub and pull the role validation report.

Then there is also the MiLearn Authorizations that tie into this.

So, that is the data flow of how this works. For the person to show up on the role validation report, the must have a PIC and email entered in PS.

One thing to check, would be your publishing status. To do this, find yourself in PS, and click on Data Exchange > Publishing
