Confluence Export to PDF

To export a PDF for a single page

• Go to the page

• On the More Actions button on the upper right-hand side of the page

• Mouse over Export

• Select Export to PDF or Export to Word

• The export process will run and once it finishes, click the Download PDF/Word link.

To export a PDF for an entire space

• Go to the space

• Click on Space Settings

• Within the Manage Space area, click on Export Space

• Select HTML, XML, or PDF export format, click Next

• Select Normal Export, click Export

• The export process will run and once it finishes, click the Download HTML/XML/PDF link.
