You may have (or can be provided with) visitor cards for your doors. When handing out these cards please keep track of the token number. This will allow us (and you) to be able to keep track of which visitor card is in which person's possession. In the event that an incident happens, we will need the token number and who had it at the time to track back who used the card on which door.

Finding the token number

On one side of the card there will be a token number printed sideways. The last 4 digits will be the token.
