Step 1 - If you are off campus/at home Setup and connect to the Finlandia SSL VPN

If you are staff or students participating in the Finlandia/WUPHD COVID call center you have access already via your student network login and password. Setup instructions: Finlandia SSL VPN Covid Call Center Instructions

Step 2 - Make sure you connect to the VPN. Instructions on connecting are in the same wiki page as above. You must connect the vpn before proceeding to the next step. Finlandia SSL VPN Covid Call Center Instructions

Step 3 - Install the phone application so you can make calls from your computer. You will then be able to make calls.
