Step 1 - If you are off campus
Set up and connect to the Finlandia SSL VPN
- If you are a staff member or student participating in the Finlandia/WUPHD COVID call center you have access already via your student network login and password

Step 2 - Connect to the VPN
Instructions for connecting are in the same wiki page as above. You must connect the vpn before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3 - Install the phone application
You can make calls from your computer using Jitsi.
