You can generate e-mail lists for your students and parents of students by going to PowerTeacher Pro and clicking on the "Class" icon along the left side
And click on the email class link.
Select any e-mails that you want and scroll to the bottom
Click on the build list button
and then copy the e-mails that appear
Switch over to your e-mail and compose a new e-mail. Best practice is to address the e-mail to yourself and to add all the student/parent e-mails to the bcc field
Once you have composed the e-mail, it's ready to send.
