You can generate email lists for your students and parents of students by going to PowerTeacher Pro and clicking on the "Class" icon along the left side

And click on the email class link.

 

Select any emails that you want and scroll to the bottom

 

 

Click on the build list button

 

 

and then copy the emails that appear

 

 

Switch over to your email and compose a new email. Best practice is to address the email to yourself and to add all the student/parent emails to the bcc field

 

 

Once you have composed the email, it's ready to send.
