Admin access to teacher gradebooks has changed for PowerSchool - PowerTeacher Pro

To enable access, you need to go to Start Page > System Administrator > Roles Administration > User Access Roles

and select a role to add the access to, in this example we will add it to the district administrator role

 

 

And make sure that the PowerTeacher Pro Read Only Admin Access box is checked, hit the submit.

Then go to the admin user that you want to have access and go to their security screen

 

And add that role to that user for that school

 

Then have the user log off and back on and they will now see a new button when looking at the teachers schdules

 

 

By clicking that new button the user will be able to view only the teacher gradebook.
