These instructions are for signing into a BenQ board using your smartphone. If you do not have a smartphone with a working camera, please reach out to REMC1 to create a login account for BenQ boards instead.

Please note that “Sign in with SAML” is the option to choose while signing-in.

Choosing "Sign in with Google" will result in an error.

  2. Select the “Login” option at the home screen.

  3. Select the “QRCode” option at the top left (circled in red in the picture below).

  4. Open your phone’s camera app and point it at the QR code that appears. This should provide a pop-up with a link to a BenQ sign-in page on your phone.

  5. On your phone, select the “Sign in with SAML” option at the bottom of the page. (circled in red in the picture above). The organizational unit it asks for will be the last portion of your email address. For example: “hancock.k12.mi.us” or “copperisd.org
