- REMC1 SupportNet Staff are not authorized to work on personal equipment during contracted support time unless a release form is completed.
- The device owner must print and fill out the form linked below.
- The form must then be signed by their school administrator.
- The form and device can then be turned into the REMC1 office or given to a REMC1 SupportNet onsite.
- SupportNet staff will then create an RT support ticket request and the completed release form will be included in the ticket.
