1. Log into your Gmail account
2. Click on the "Mail" link on the left, and select "Contacts" from the drop-down that appears.
   
   
   
3. Click on "More", then "Import..."

4. On the window that appears, give it the location of the contacts file that you exported.
5. Click "Import"
   
   
   
6. Now your contacts should be imported and ready to use in Gmail.
