To check the queue of a certain printer, please follow these steps.

1. Click on the "search" which is the magnify glass piece on the bottom left of your screen. this will pull up a window where you will be allowed to type.

   Type "Devices" and hit the <Enter> button. A window will pop up

   On the right hand side, there will be text that says "Printers & Scanners", click on that.

   New information will appear on the screen for Printers & Scanners, this is where you should find your printer.

   Once printer is located in the menu, click on the printer. there should be a button that says "Open queue", please click on that and that printers queue will pop up for you
   Image Removedhit the windows key and type printers and scanners and hit enter

2. then click on the printer that you want to view queue on

3. then all is left is to click open print queue
