If you forgot your password you can reset it here: Reset DW Cloud Password and then click "Log In" in the top right corner.Now enter the email address you use for your login and click OK/Next. Now at the password prompt click "forgot password" to get a password reset email. Follow the instructions in the email. Note to REMC1 staff: The old direct password reset link no longer works. |
Creating an Account
Before logging in for the first time you need to create an online account. REMC1 will send you an invite to create this account
You will receive an email from "DW Spectrum Web Portal" (dw-tech@dwcc.tv)
In the email, click on "Create Account"
If you do not receive, or cannot find the email, you can go directly to https://dwspectrum.digital-watchdog.com/authorize?client_type=create
Fill in your name, set a password
Check the "I agree..." box next to Terms & Conditions
Click "Create Account"
Check your email: your account will not work until you accept the confirmation

Viewing Recorded Video

Per district administration, not all users may have access to recorded video. |
When viewing a camera, or multiple cameras, you will see a timeline along the bottom edge of the screen.
You can scroll out on this line to 'zoom' out to hours, days, weeks.
You may also scroll in to 'zoom' in on minutes and seconds.
