  1. Click on the "search" which is the magnify glass piece on the bottom left of your screen. this will pull up a window where you will be allowed to type.

  2. Type "Devices" and hit the <Enter> button. A window will pop up

  3. On the right hand side, there will be text that says "Printers & Scanners", click on that.

  4. New information will appear on the screen for Printers & Scanners, this is where you should find your printer.

  5. Once printer is located in the menu, click on the printer. there should be a button that says "Open queue", please click on that and that printers queue will pop up for you
