1. Log in 
2. Click "Physical Access"

3. Click "Doors" 

    

4. You should now see the door overview screen: 

    

5. Highlighted above are several fields 
   1. Red 
      1. These are actions that can be performed on the door 
   2. Blue 
      1. Door name and controller name 
   3. Green 
      1. Selector for bulk actions 
   4. Black 
      1. These fields show status of the unit. 
      2. Communications 
         1. If this is red, the unit can't talk to the security server or vice versa 
      3. Lock 
         1. This will turn red when the door is locked 
      4. Held 
         1. This will light up red when somebody holds the door open 
6. To manaully unlock a door, press the check box next to the name and then an action at the top 
7. To restore the regular schedule, click the check box and select "Restore"
